Our Founding Story

Our founding team members come from different professional backgrounds, but share something uncommon in today’s business environment: years of trust, collaboration and personal development before the company was ever formed.

Many agencies bring together freelancers after winning a project. We built the team first.

Through athletics, coaching and mentoring, relationships were formed that later evolved into professional partnerships. As members of the team developed specialist expertise in technology, design, media and business strategy, it became clear that those capabilities could be combined to create something greater than the sum of its parts.
